Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout. Free Shipping applies to orders totaling over $99 and shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.

In-stock orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on your location. Any Special Order items generally require 4–6 weeks for delivery.

Please note that orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations. As a result, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and experience multiple delivery dates. We encourage you to monitor all tracking numbers provided once your order has shipped.


APO/FPO Addresses and PO Boxes

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Most ground shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx Ground and must be delivered to a physical street address. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.


Large Shipments (Freight Deliveries)

All large shipments, including grills, are shipped via freight carrier and are curb-side deliveries. This means the freight company will deliver the item to your driveway only.

  • Shipping weights may vary depending on pallet weight.

  • A signature is required at the time of delivery for all freight shipments.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us at the time of purchase of any delivery limitations.

AmericanOutdoorGrillShop.com is not responsible for shipping costs on merchandise not delivered due to a carrier’s inability to access a location. Examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • Narrow or winding roads

  • Dirt or gravel roads

  • Vacant or restricted-access establishments


Undelivered Shipments

If an item is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Freight shipments require the carrier to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the freight company is unable to reach the customer and the product is returned, it will be treated as a return and subject to our standard return policy.


Shipping Company Selection

We ship smaller items via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger items ship via freight carrier.

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier for your order. Once a shipment is in the hands of the carrier:

  • We cannot change the shipping address.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

We do not control third-party shipping companies.


Shipping Damage

If the outer packaging or product appears visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse the shipment.

For freight deliveries:

  • Remove all shrink wrap and inspect the package before the driver leaves, if possible.

  • If damage is discovered, refuse delivery or contact us immediately.

This documentation helps us expedite replacement shipments and recover costs from the carrier. If you do not inspect the shipment at the time of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for damages reported later.

Signing for delivery legally confirms receipt in good condition. RealFyreStore.com cannot be held liable once delivery is accepted.

Customers must notify us of shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt.

Customers are responsible for any damage to products when returning items to us.


Cancellations

Cancelled orders or cancelled parts are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.


Fraud Prevention Before Shipping

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify billing and shipping information prior to processing orders.

Please ensure your billing address and phone number exactly match the information on file with your credit card issuer. Incorrect information may result in processing delays.


International Shipping

Small Parcel (Under 150 lbs)

We offer international shipping to select countries for eligible small parcel shipments.

  • After your order is placed, we may contact you with an exact shipping quote for approval before shipping.

  • Shipping quotes cover transportation charges only.

  • All customs fees, import duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected COD (Cash on Delivery).

Freight Shipments (Over 150 lbs or Oversized)

We do not offer direct international freight shipping.

However, we can ship to a freight forwarder within the contiguous 48 United States. International customers commonly utilize a freight forwarding service to complete delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico


Customers will be charged additional transportation fees for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Customers will be notified via email after the order is placed if any additional fees are to be paid.
