JBS Retail offers Free Ground and Freight Shipping to the lower 48 states for all orders that exceed the minimum order value. Please refer to the top left corner of the website for the minimum order value.
Please note that some orders are split shipped from multiple shipping locations, generating multiple tracking numbers and multiple delivery dates, therefore please be sure to monitor each tracking number we send you after your order is shipped.
Freight Shipments ***CUSTOMERS MUST READ***
Customers are required to thoroughly inspect freight deliveries. Failure to do so will bar the customer from recovery for undiscovered damages. Per the policies and regulations of the freight companies, shipping liability is transferred to the customer once goods are delivered and signed for. Please do not automatically assume that the contents of your packages are undamaged, simply because the boxes appear intact. Even if the truck driver is impatient or rushed, please keep in mind that this transfer of liability is taking place, making the customer ultimately responsible for undiscovered or concealed damage. In the event you suspect concealed internal damage, please write "PENDING INSPECTION" next to your signature, on the delivery receipt. All customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any missing or damaged goods to JBS Retail customer support after accepting a delivery.
Missing Items or Boxes
in the event of missing item(s), customers must contact JBS Retail within 14 days from the delivery date. Per the policies of the freight companies, a 14 day grace period is granted to resolve any issues relating to missing items or boxes. JBS Retail reserves the right to deny claims relating to missing items or boxes beyond the 14 day grace period, as there is no recourse with the freight companies beyond that point.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Customers will be charged additional transportation fees for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Customers will be notified via email after the order is placed if any additional fees are to be paid.
: We do offer shipping services to select countries on select orders, for small parcel shipments (under 150 lbs). We may contact you after the order has been placed to provide an exact shipping quote for your approval, prior to shipping. Please note that all shipping quotes include the shipping costs to the carrier ONLY. Additional importing, customs, and or duties are the responsibility of the customer, and paid COD (cash on delivery).
: Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping services for all orders requiring freight services (over 150 lbs or oversized). We will however ship to a freight forwarder of your choice, within the lower 48 United States. All of our international customers utilize the services of a freight forwarder.
Purchases made at JBS Retail web stores are tax free under the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA).
Per the IFTA, retailers are generally required to collect taxes where they have a physical selling presence. If they do not have any such presence, they are not required to collect sales taxes. Located in Nevada, JBS Retail assumes the tax burden for all orders shipping to Nevada, without charging customers.

In the event a product is discounted for any reason at a JBS Retail web store, JBS Retail will review price matching requests from existing customers whose orders were placed within the previous 30 days. ™Any price matching request initiated more than 30 days from the date of purchase, will be automatically denied. ™In the event a price matching request is approved by JBS Retail, a store credit will be issued to the customer who may redeem it at any JBS Retail web store. ™Under no condition will price matching credits for existing orders be issued in any other form than a store credit.
